Peter Oliver
BIO
After receiving his B.F.A. in film and television from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Peter Oliver moved to New York where he started at Company 3, learning in a division renowned for its beauty retouching for hair, makeup and fashion powerhouses Avon, Pantene, Calvin Klein and Revlon. Peter joined Wildchild in 2014 as a Flame Artist specializing in beauty and vfx compositing. His proficiency and eye for detail have proven instrumental to a wide range of clients such as Pepsi, Lexus, Maybelline and TJ Maxx. As VFX Supervisor he consults from early stages of storyboarding to ensure the directors vision can be achieved practically in production and post. He has worked with many top directors including Anthony Mandler for Sands Casino, Laurent Chanez for Loreal and Lexus, Reed + Rader for the MTV VMA’s with Miley Cyrus, and Adria Petty for MegaRed. Peter’s 2017 collaboration with esteemed fashion photographer and director Glen Luchford for Hugo Boss involved stitching together several Technodolly and Steadicam vignettes to create one seamless camera effect.
